Full judgment

2. On 19 June 2025, the Appellant filed an appeal with this Tribunal. It is not clear if the Appellant was seeking to challenge a decision of the Respondent. This appeal was incomplete because it did not include a full dated copy of the decision it sought to challenge. According to the Appellant the rRespondents decision was dated 12 June 2025.

3. On 9 October 2025, the Tribunal issued Case Management Directions to the Appellant for it to provide a copy of the decision dated 12 June 2025 by no later than 24 October 2025. The Appellant was warned that failure to comply with this direction could lead to the Tribunal striking out the appeal.

4. Rule 22(3) requires the Appellant to provide a copy of any written record of the decision it seeks to challenge by way of it’s appeal.

5. Under Rule 8(3), the Tribunal may strike out a case where (a) the Appellant has failed to comply with a direction which stated that failure by the Appellant to comply with the direction could lead to the striking out of the proceedings or part of them; or (b) the Appellant has failed to co-operate with the Tribunal to such an extent that the Tribunal cannot deal with the proceedings fairly and justly.

6. Both circumstances are met in this case. Accordingly, the appeal is struck out. Signed: Judge Mornington Date: 17 November 2025
